We booked the kids suite in the Beach Wing- No extra drinking water was given and each bottle of 0.5 liter cost 3times extra.
We called for evening room cleaning as the kids had jumped on the beds and the room was a mess- the room service said that they DO NOT offer such service!
The playstation did not work- and even after several calls to the room service ppl the problem was not solved! we even requested for an additional 1 joystick - since 1 did not work- but it never came
Snokkeling- you cannot snorkel in the beach. Snorkelling is additionaly charged at RM 280.00 per person -
Averall - I'm not satisfied!

I like this hotel. The location is good. Every night have 'pasar malam' near the hotel. Beach ambience are beautiful n become a reason why i choose to stay here. The room are really clean n spacious. Breakfast are variety selection n staff also very friendly. It's was very comfortable to stay here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..
