yatie.arifin | | Just checked out on 8 June 2010. It was our horrible stay for family trip at Langkawi this time around. The resort looks nice in website but it's actually not. It was not maintained properly. At first, we were given very bad room with 1 queen bad + 1single bed (although we paid for 4 person). The wooden floor was broken and the tab curtain in the toilet was also broken. Air-cond was not functioning at all and the room light was very dimmed. After complaining and almost cancelled the room, the resort offered other room. It was spacious but furniture was very old and broken. Not safe for children. Toilet was just ok. No remote control for air-cond and TV. We had the old 14" TV. Ist time we stayed in a hotel/resort with no coffee making facilities. Breakfast was just so-so. They provided only 2 towels eventhough we paid for 4. Food (breakfast) was not variety. The swimming pool was dirty. Not safe for children. For those who look for budget hotel/resort, this may be ok but not recommended for family.

yus | | stayed here for 2 nights. the room was spacious. however, the room was not so clean especially the bathroom & the air-conditioner was underpowered (the air-cond was old indeed). however when i complained about the room temperature, the technician said it was due to the current hot weather.

shahrom2 | | Stay there for 2 nights. Room is very spacious with 2 queen beds and 1 single (Booked for 4 adults). Furniture is old. Had 29" TV in the room with clear reception. But ther is no remote.Swimming pool is nice but since my kids are good swimmers, we found it is too small. Overall, we had a satisfactory stay and will come back again.

arepeace21 | | I stayed last week with my parents.The room was OK eventhough the furniture a bit old.The best thing was the pool just in front of my room.The food also nice.I would recommend this hotel if you went to Langkawi for shopping because the location is nearby the Pekan Kuah

maz.li | | First time stayed here for 1 night only on 22nd Jun 200. The quad room quite ok, eventhough the building look old. However we really not satified with the air-cond which is not function and also the bathroom so smelly. Hope the management will take necessary action on this matter for customer satisfaction.

Room ok except the air cond. Swimming pool ok i think since im not swim at all. Breakfast just not enough variety. Weird things is the old makcik is friendly but the young staff not. Credit to makcik....

early | | overall satisfactory given the resort rating. good for family accomodation with lots of grass space for kids to run around. lots of food stalls nearby within walking distance. loved the sambal belacan. next door to thailand restaurant and lobster house. kuah town about five minutes drive.
pool was dirty most probably because there were two bus loads of school kids stayed there over the weekend.
langkawi, in general, was nice. a bit sad to see some resorts nearby the airport/chenang area appeared abandoned. a proper planning by the authority could have avoided it. underwater world not recommended. steep entry fee with not much to see. bigger shark in the form of souvenir 'traps' than the real sharks in the aquaria. better save your money and go to kl aquaria instead. cable car closed maybe due to high winds. looks scary with the steep climb and scary descend. not recommended for the faint hearted.

Suk Cheng | | Great Location. Great view of the mountain/hill. Good staff, & resort cleanliness is good. Food variety needs to improve. No buffet breakfast when we were there because not enuff holidayers at that resort. Otherwise keep up the good work.
