Really upset...bad service and the rooms smelly. Not beachfront as as advertised. Won't stay there again....hotel rooms too far from reception.The room looks old & room facilities are not that good. No phone, no TV remote, TV with only 3 channels, air cond leaking in the room. The bed sheet and towel is old and torn .The bathroom is sandy and got mushroom. we check out within 5 min due bad condition of rooms.

The room looks old & room facilities are not that good. No phone, no TV remote, TV with only 3 channels, air cond leaking in the room. Breakfast with not much variety. We did ask for iron & iron board but they called after 30 mins to get it back? Lot of maintenance jobs must be done to upkeep the room & surroundings. Location wise is good since it is near to the shops.

We like it there as it was convenieced to move around - not too far from Pekan Kuah. The room is rather spacious as our son could run all over the room. The pool was superb as our son really enjoyed swimming there. However some of the features need to be fixed as the hotel looks tired. On our last day before depart, it was heavy rain and there was leaking on our window pane. Maintenance wise was satisfactory but there are lots of thing need to be done especially to replace some old woods with the new ones. We dont mind climbing up staircase (the highest level we stayed was level 2) but yeah probably an elevator would be nice.

In short, i'm quite content with the stay at this hotel. The location is very convinient since it is just next to many shops, restaurants and Cenang beach. The staff is friendly and helpful: I was allowed for a late check out till 2pm. The room is spacious enough to have a mini-party. (in fact a little too big for me). Budgetable pay for a stay here!!

As hotel rated 3 stars so we wouldn't expect 5 star facilities.
Good Things:
1. Located at Cenang Beach which many shops/restaurants around.
2. Hotel room spacious and near to the swimming pool.
3. Staff all good n customer friendly
4. Got balcony which you can spend tea time with your family
5. Breakfast OK. Not sure is it variety coz stay only 1 night
Bad Things:
1. Rooms located far from lobby
2. No lift/elevator as you have to carry your luggage using stairs
3. No view - except private field
4. No hotel/astro channel
5. No soap/shampoo provided at toilet as they gave during check in (in pack like camping),

I been to Langkawi somewhere in March till April I did not check in into this Resort but went in to see what it looks like, I was nice and the beach was only across the road, (Pantai Cenang), night time was very happening with all the lighting and all, at least the environment was nice but did not have the chance to see the room thought. But I will still recommend it to u guys who wanna stay along the Pantai Cenang, it was great. And Langkawi will have a "Pesta Air " somewhere in April.
